During your scheme - ongoing management

We are committed to building strong and mutually beneficial relationships with our corporate clients and scheme members. As part of our ongoing relationship with corporate clients;

• We provide all the information and marketing material you need to make sure your staff are fully aware of the Benenden Healthcare Corporate Scheme you have purchased for them - and, more importantly, how they can access our services.
• Your organisation will be charged annually in advance and you will be forwarded an invoice for payment through BACS.
• We ask that you keep us informed about staff who leave and join your origination on a monthly basis – this helps to ensure that your scheme is administered correctly.
• A dedicated Corporate Account Manager will manage your Corporate scheme, visiting you and your staff regularly and working with you to promote the scheme to staff in a way that suits your needs and your organisation.

Managing staff attrition and recruitment

To add new employees to your Benenden Healthcare Corporate Scheme, simply send us the details of your new recruits, and those who leave your organisation (including those retiring), to the Corporate team at Benenden Healthcare Society – email: corporate@benenden.org.uk
