What we cover
100% of the amount paid, up to the annual benefit limit, on the following complementary therapies carried out by a registered practitioner:
- Chiropractic Treatment
- Acupuncture
- Osteopathy
- Homeopathy
Example 1
On the single plan on Level 1 you may visit the Chiropractor twice during 12 months but the total cost of these visits is £80. In this situation you would have reached the benefit limit with just 2 visits.
Example 2
On the joint plan on Level 3, you or your spouse/partner may have visited a number of different practitioners with a total of 9 visits which only came to £210. In this case you would have reached the visit limit for the year.
There is no qualifying period, so you can claim for any treatment you have received after the plan start date. Your benefit year is 12 months and starts on the date your policy commences.

- Pre-existing conditions
- Charges for cancelled or non-attended appointments
- The cost of any medicine, product or equipment supplied by the practitioner.
