How to claim
Claims are paid by direct credit into the bank account that your premiums are paid from. Simply keep your original receipt for any treatment you or your spouse/partner pays for and return to us along with a completed claim form.
All claims must be submitted within 13 weeks of treatment.
STEP 1: Download a Claim Form for the Benenden Heath Cash Plan 66+.
STEP 2: Fill in all the relevant sections carefully. Please note, missing information may delay the settlement of your claim.
STEP 3: Sign the form – this is important as we are unable to deal with your claim without your signature.
STEP 4: Send your completed Claim Form and original receipt(s) to:
