Kevin Barron to address Benenden international conference
The Rt Hon Kevin Barron, Chairman of the Health Committee and Labour MP for the
Rother Valley will be the key note speaker at the first Benenden International
Conference, held in conjunction with AIM (Association Internationale de la Mutualité).
The high-level conference will take place in York on Friday 5th October 2007,
the day following the annual meetings of AIM.
Kevin Barron will address the topic ‘National Solutions to 21st Century Healthcare’.
The conference will look at the variety of healthcare systems used in countries
around the world and how they might develop. In particular, it will consider the
possible systems the UK could employ in the coming decades.
