Welcome. We’re delighted that you’ve decided to join Benenden.
Please make sure you check our key facts to help you decide if the services we provide are appropriate for your needs.
Before progressing with an application to join Benenden, please review the Society Rule Book and Regulations for Benefits.
You can join online, Ready to go ahead? Brilliant. If you want to join online you need to have the
following details at the ready:
- Your personal details (your name, date of birth, address, telephone number and National Insurance number)
- Your family/friends' personal details (their names, dates of birth, addresses and telephone numbers)
- Your bank details
Once you have joined Benenden, if you change your mind and decide you do not
wish to be a member, let us know within 14 days of your join date and we will
cancel your membership immediately. For any further advice, please call us on
0845 052 5720*. We are open between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday. Or you can e-mail
us at memberservices@benenden.org.uk.
* Calls cost a maximum of 4p per minute for BT customers. The price of calls
from non BT phone lines will vary. Calls may be recorded.
