Our specialist 24 Hour GP Helpline is available to all members from the day you join and allows you to speak with a practising GP in confidence at a time which is most convenient for you.
All our members have unlimited access to this service 24 hours a day 7 days a week wherever you are in the world and we will ring you back, even if you are abroad!
Every consultation is confidential and your details will not be passed on to anyone without your prior consent.
Simply call 0845 052 5745* from within the UK (+44 118 936 5695* from outside the UK) to arrange for a GP to call you back within 15 minutes, or at a time to suit you.
You can talk to our GPs about all sorts of things including:
- An ache or pain that won't go away
- Sensitive or confidential concerns
- Explanations of diagnosis or treatment you may have been prescribed
- Possible after-effects of surgery
- Side-effects of any medication you are taking
- Vaccinations you may need when you are travelling abroad and other health precautions relevant to your own personal medical history
The 24 Hour GP Helpline is designed to give you help and advice when you need it most but in an emergency situation, you should still contact your own NHS GP or the emergency services so as not to delay treatment.
