Local Consultations and Tests

If your GP recommends you see a consultant for a diagnosis, you now have another choice if the NHS cannot provide you with the help you need.

As well as paying £1,000 to help you to achieve a satisfactory diagnosis for any health condition, this funding can help you to receive minor outpatient treatment for a variety of problems.

The only thing we ask is that you arrange to see a consultant who comes recommended by your GP. They must also hold an NHS post and be registered with a royal college i.e. The Royal College of Surgeons or Physicians.

This service is available to all members after six months of membership.
