We're proud to say that satisfaction levels amongst our members are consistently very high. We score extremely well on our levels of service, reliability, trust and commitment to the membership.
But, rather than resting on our laurels, we're always looking for ways to improve. So to help us stay in touch with the opinions and changing healthcare needs of our membership, we regularly issue a satisfaction questionnaire.

It's obviously not a good time when someone is not well but Benenden Hospital takes the stress out of what is happening so you can concentrate on getting better. There's no waiting around and the experiences we've had with all of the staff have been marvellous.
