Our range of healthcare services is discretionary. Some after services are available to you immediately, some after just six months' of membership - and this is just some of what we can provide for you:
- Access to a GP at any time of the day or night - whenever suits you - with our 24/7 GP Advice Line. Simple answers to simple questions or a lengthier discussion of what's troubling you, how you use your call is up to you
- Is the job causing you stress? Is something in your personal life causing you distress? Our 24/7 Stress Counselling Helpline provides experts to lend a sympathetic ear and help point the way forward
- There are many ways most of us could change our lifestyles for the better. For you, the Health Concern Advice Line can connect you with specialist helplines and healthcare support groups for everything from giving up smoking and alcohol addiction to weight loss and improving your work/life balance
- Looking after elderly relatives poses particular problems with irregular hours and awkward shift patterns. Our Long-Term Care Helpline can provide assistance by helping you to find local support services and advising you on care home selection
- Time is precious and, when medical help is needed, a long waiting list is the last thing you need. We can provide access to 12 NHS and private hospitals- run to the highest standards - to provide a fast track to treatment and surgery
- Going through cancer treatment or suffering from TB is never easy. But we can help to ease the burden by providing financial support for the extra costs of living with these conditions.
