York-based Benenden Healthcare Society is one of the country’s most creditworthy businesses according to Dun and Bradstreet (D&B) the world’s leading source of business information.
The Society, which provides healthcare to public and Third Sector employees, past and present, has a D&B Risk Indicator of 1, indicating a minimal risk of failure within the next 12 months.
James Gibbon, Acting Finance Director at Benenden Healthcare said:
"This is a tremendous accolade for our business. To be a D&B Rating 1 during one of the worst economic times in recent years is a fantastic accomplishment. The Rating confirms us as a business with a minimum risk of failure and that can be confidently assessed as being highly creditworthy.
This reflects and is testament to, the high standard of financial management that we as a mutual, not-for-profit organisation operate by.”
